Momentum Energy today announced the appointment of Paul Geason as its new Managing Director.

Mr Geason brings with him a wealth of experience from his time at Telstra Corporation, where he was part of the leadership team and led Telstra’s Enterprise, Government and Wholesale divisions. Mr Geason also has experience working in startup and early-stage technology companies.

“Paul is very excited about the opportunity to lead Momentum Energy,” said Evangelista Albertini, Acting CEO of Hydro Tasmania, Momentum’s parent company. “The business is an important part of the Hydro Tasmania group and we are delighted to have someone of Paul’s calibre at the helm.”
